Trinity College: having a Guinness in Rome

  • I know lot of people are wondering why would we go to an irish pub in Rome. Well my friends and I made a pact that wherevver we go we are going to find a Irish pub and drink a Guinness for them.

    So after seeing Pantheon one day while we are walking around we find this nice little spot so we decided to check it out. Nothing beats a cold Irish stout after a full day of walking so for the rest of the trip this is where we end our day.

    It was interesting because they wont let a group of local guys but they would let in a ladies or couples or like us tourist.

  • An Irish-type pub located just off of the Via del Corso, it provides a pleasant atmosphere and plenty of people watching.

    As with all Italian night spots, you should look nice. Don't go in jeans and a t-shirt - at least wear khakis! Because it's mostly young people there, and is a bar, the dress code isn't too high.

  • Great place to sit outside and be a part of or just watch the action in Campo dei Fiori until the wee hours of the morning.

    Drinks are very resonably priced and they have (obviously from the name) a huge selection of wines and grappas etc. available.

  • At capo du fioro- the place of locals ,pubs,night clups and descos, after 1 am most of the bubs closed, but if you have time and want to dance until morning, there are few descos with membership start from 10pm to 5 or 6 am.. i recommend ZARAGOZANA or DROP,, membership only euro 5 paid for the first time only, the owner of both places is Franchesco

  • An irish pub where you can find a decent burger, pint of guiness and even 1 american football game a week. Ecclectic crowd and comfortable seating make this a great nightlife spot.

  • remember when going out in italy that they do everything later. they eat late, sleep late..and go out late... no one will be out till 2 am and the party dosnt stop till 6 am. unless you go to a bar or club that caters to tourists.
