 | Rome alla Rampa Reviews | Tips 1 - 4 of 4 | | On a busy Saturday evening in Rome (it was the countrywide festival night, La Notte Bianca, though we didn't know it until then!), we were very lucky to get a table here. The trick is getting there early enough--by 8 PM every table was full, but at about 7 PM we were able to walk in. The atmosphere is friendly and casual, and many families with children were there. The plentiful wall decorations are country Italian.
The main attraction here is the antipasto buffet. The enthusiastic server made sure (in English) we knew the best items on the buffet, and there were plenty of vegetarian options. You get one trip to the table, but if you choose well, it's more than enough for a full meal, and an excellent value. We also had the tiramisu, which was very good, but NOT a traditional variety at all. Leave a Comment

This is near the Spanish Steps. It looks small from the outside, but it's huge on the inside. The food is fresh, local and great prices. It's also cash only, but two can eat well for less than 40 Euros. It's right next door to another restaurant where the food is terrible - so make sure you choose the right one!
The menu is extensive and they give you time to choose. I had the rabbit dish one night, which was great. The best dessert are the profiteroles with hot chocolate sauce - yum! Theme: LocalPrice: US$31-40 » Currency ConverterComparison: less expensive than averageDirections: Near Spanish Steps. If you're at the top of the Steps, take the separate steps down to the left...the restaurant is the first one on the left at the bottom of the steps.

Delicious tastes all !!!!Multi variety antipasti buffet (10euros, but one time serve),nice pastas ,pizza, scallopini a lot,fishes......Dont miss to try "fiori di zucchini con mozzarela or pecorino"(i love that plate), ravioli con gorgonzola, scallopini con limone e vino(with lemon and wine),and many more..... For the dessert, dont miss Tiramisu with zamballione cream!!!!!!!magic, but its a desaster for for fitness.Hey!! only for one time you have to try it.!!all first courses 10euros,second courses 11-13euros,and desserts 7-9euros.i find it less expensive than others restaurants in town and better taste by far.Personnel are kind and quick service.,also nice linen tableware FRETE.Every time i visit Rome ,i will eat there,at least twice. Restaurants on piazza Navona are more expensive and the food is touristic. also dont forget to try italian ice cream, unusual tastes, very nice presentation. This restaurant came highly recommended by a close family friend. Although the ambience and decor were lovely and the meal delicious, 3 of our 6 member party became violently ill due to food poisoning. The 3 all had in common potatoes in their entrees, something the other 3 of us did not have. I emailed the restaurant notifying them of this, but have heard nothing in return. The restaurant is located a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. Theme: ItalianPrice: US$21-30 » Currency ConverterComparison: about averageAddress: Just around the corner from the Spanish Steps
